They were very patient with me, and when I asked questions they were prompt with returning my calls and emails. They made the whole process very painless. Especially in a time where your pride is hurt, they are there for you and on your side.

It's been about 2 years since I originally worked with them, and about a year since I completed the process. Even so, I emailed them about 3 months ago, a few times, with some questions that I had, and again, they were very prompt in getting back to me with proper answers.
