Their work was very satisfactory. The plumbers were courteous and very clean. The head plumber had a trainee with him who was very nice and polite. The trainee might even have been a little nervous. They were both terrific. I needed to have my disposal replaced. The plumber very nicely showed me in the catalog which one he would install. He went to get the part and returned to put it in. I was only unhappy with the bill which is no reflection of the plumbers, just the office. This is the first time I used Patriot Pros Plumbing, Drains, Heating, and Air so I was unprepared for the bill that doesn't have a complete breakdown of the costs. I don't know how much the service call cost, how much for the consultation, or how much the disposal cost. I like to keep track of these things and prefer an itemized bill. I was also unprepared for the price which I thought was high. Again, no reflection on the workers, just the office. I even consulted with other people who agreed that it seemed expensive for a disposal replacement. Five stars for the service and professionalism of the plumbers from Patriot Pros Plumbing, Drains, Heating, and Air.
