I was disappointed with Reynolds Exteriors. Their service did not go as written in contract. Some of those factors included, taking three days to complete the project, instead the scheduled one, and a poor quality of professionalism throughout the installation.

The crew didn't show up until 11 am on the second day, and it was only with half the work force from the first day. The late start, led to them working on the project after hours on the last day, which didn't seem very safe as well as led to new problems. There were multiple issues with the installation. There were broken light fixtures, scratched doors, screens with holes in them, and window seals with dents in their aftermath. They were supposed to clean the area, as well as remove the dumpster before I paid them for the service, which they didn't, and I ended up having to clean up most of the mess myself. I would not recommend them.
