I've used Heirloom Oriental a few times. They do well what they're claiming to do, I've been happy with how my rugs have been returned from them so far. They're fairly quick with scheduling, and my rugs look good when I get them back. The pricing is reasonable, it's a bit expensive but it's comparable to rates for other companies providing the same service.
