Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning did a number of things for us. They cleaned some rugs and then I also had them cut pads for those rugs. They also took a rug that needed some repair and had it looked at by a repair person, then arranged for that to be done. Everything turned out to my satisfaction, they did a really good job. The price was more expensive than I had expected, but I had not used them before or anyone else in that area. I was happy with the work, so I would go back again.
