am disappointed 3 spots were not able to be removed

Thrilled to find such a company exist. Very nice customer service reps and warehouse precedures impressive; however, I was disappointed my 3x5 rug could not be better cleaned. Even though the rug had remained in storage for a number of years I was hoping for better results.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your feedback. As we discussed before the work, those yellow stains in the rug were permanent. We tried everything we could, but could not get them out. Overall, the rug came out much better than it was before we cleaned it.
