We have used Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning around 3-4 times and will continue to use them in the future. Generally we call them up for general cleaning, nothing major. One time we had them replace the pad on the rug. It generally takes them 7-10 days from the time they pick-up our carpet, clean it, and get it back to us. The timeline is very reasonable and the price is always fair. We have no complaints and encourage them to keep doing a great job!
