First of all, I was excited to find a reputable cleaning service for my rugs in this area. Staff is knowledgeable with good recommendations without being pushy. They had to flex around the constraints of a new house construction and took last minute changes in stride.

As for the cleaning process it was well done. My rugs were well cleaned and returned looking so much better.
