I recently went to Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning and was very pleased with how the work from them went. They were able to do the work quicker than I had expected, and the carpets were all left looking like new when they were finished. The only downside of the work was that there was still some pet urine smell the next day after the work was done, when I contacted them they could not have been more gracious, they came out and did another run through and got the smell out. Overall I thought they did a great job for the work we needed and would definitely use them again if needed, I highly recommend their services.
