A while back I called chem-dry, who apparently works hand in hand with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning, to clean a wall to wall carpet in my guest bedroom that I had lent out to some friends during the hurricane. They had several dogs and they weren't able to take them out much because of the weather. We used black lights on the carpets and we found a lot of pink marks, which is what you can see with the black light, so we knew they needed to be cleaned. There was a large rug that we needed to have cleaned as well and so they took that away for cleaning and I guess that was done by Heirloom.

They were great. The only surprise was how long the rug cleaning took. I didn't expect it to take 9 days, I was having company later in the week but they informed me the rug would not be ready in time. I figured out something else to do though. I had the exact same rug in the other room so I just moved it over for a few days. The guys who came out to pick up the rug were really helpful. They helped me with moving it and changing it out with the duplicate. I wouldn't have been able to move some of the furniture and stuff by myself so I really appreciated the help. I just had no idea it was going to take that long, but everything turned out fine, everything was done well.

I thought the price was a little high but everybody was really sweet, very nice, very friendly. Could not have been nicer. No problems. Eventually I'll have to get other things cleaned so I'm glad I found them.
