Things looked as though they were going to save me a bit of money which is nice. Unfortunately, the experience isn't worth it. There are a lot of time sensitive things when it comes to getting a loan and closing on a house. The representative I was assigned to was so hard to get ahold of. I never got responses from the emails I sent or questions I had and always ended up having to call. If I was lucky, I'd actually be able to talk to him. I was also promised things that were not delivered on. Though the savings sounded nice, I will not use Box Home in the future.
