I liked that it had no hidden things online to check loan rates, but from there it was terrible, I had to extend (more money), my home value was off (affecting the value after the appraisal). I also had to reschedule the closing once, and then after that, we ended up redoing the closing because of a "clerical error". This wasn't what I was planning. I should have had more things ready to send them, but I wasn't sure what they needed and by the time I got it, it was late enough to extend. Make sure you know what you need before starting the process.
