This started out fine. Good at marketing, lousy on common sense. We ended up providing over 45 documents to HBL over the period of a month while we were relocating across country and starting new jobs and new schools. No small task. Worst of all, we were cleared to closed, both us and sellers signed all docs but HBL said they found something on our credit report after the fact and upped their charge by all of $39, we had to submit two more docs and get on line not with a third party but a fourth party to validate we weren't lying. So we have moved out of the extended stay motel and living in limbo while we wait for the underwriter to create new docs so we can all sign again over a $39 charge. These people are idiots and their tactics are ludicrous. Need a lot of extra stress in your life from an unscrupulous company, then this is your company. In all seriousness, run far far away. I worked with Sebonic Financial on our previous home three years ago. They were head and shoulders above these BHL knuckleheads.
