I've already recommended Floorgem Services because the work was done faster than expected and under budget, which is awesome. They stained and polished the concrete floor in the basement and it's beautiful. We've gotten so many compliments on it.

I had Ken's number, along with the lead installer/person in charge, and we were in constant communication because of some issues with when we were leaving the house and when we were going to able to walk on the floor.
