We've used Floorgem Services, INC more than once. This time they refinished the floors in two rooms and installed new flooring in the laundry room. The fake stuff, I think it's a plank flooring, came out very nice and we are really happy. The newly refinished floors in the other two rooms look great also. The guys from Floorgem did a good job and cleaned up well behind themselves. The only thing they lack is follow-up. After the floors were done, my wife accidentally left a bleach mop sitting on the kitchen floor and it left a black burn mark. Floorgem Services, INC was supposed to come back and sand that part out to fix it but they never showed up. I called a couple of times but didn't get any response. Otherwise, it's a good company and they are easy to work with. I recommend them.
