Great job for what they were doing! They could have used better follow-up.
Floorgem Services, INC did a great job for us in terms of the sanding. That's what I paid them to do and that's what they did. We still had a big back stain on the floor that I wanted them to come back for. I even offered to pay them for it but I never heard back. They didn't return my calls or emails. I just never got through to anybody at Floorgem Services, INC again. I would like to use them again because I liked their work.
