I had a very good experience with Floorgem Services, INC! I even told the owner how pleased I was with everything. Starting with the quote, Ken came in and was very professional in responding faster than the other companies where I had requested quotes. I had the highest confidence in him and the company, as he gave me an honest estimate and good advice. For the actual job, they removed ceramic tile from two rooms, before grounding down and adding finished concrete floors. We loved it! The people who worked were very professional and cleaned up well, making sure not to make more of a mess than they needed to. They finished on time and we were very pleased with the results. We will absolutely use them again if we need more flooring work done in the future.
