Floorgem Services, INC was great to work with at first. We were in communication with the salesperson to have our upstairs floor redone. Then began issues with the contractor. Someone had come out and informed us that we had to re-do the whole floor. So we spoke to them and waited to hear back about costs. Nobody ever returned our calls or even attempted to reach out to us. We were not going to wait around forever so we moved and will be using another company. I am very disappointed. They lost a lot of money on future contracts.
