I have used Floorgem Services, INC. on two separate jobs, and I am very impressed with them. Most recently, one of my tenants trashed a rental property, and I had to travel in from out of town to talk to the various contractors. The Floorgem people were very good about working with my schedule, and meeting with me to assess the situation. Then, they were flexible about their own work so as to coordinate with the other contractors. They ended up replacing the flooring on the lower level, and one bathroom, with waterproof vinyl laminate. They did a really good job. Their communication skills are great, and they followed up on everything very well. They are a very good, and professional company, and I highly recommend them!
