I was trying to sell my house, so I called Floorgem Services, INC to refinish my floors and install my stove. I specifically told them I wanted a light finish but they gave the floors a very dark color. It doesn't look good at all. I went ahead and paid the bill on my credit card before the stove was installed. No one ever came back to install it and I didn't get a refund. I had to hire another company to redo the floors a lighter color and install the stove. I was very unhappy with the service from Floorgem Services, INC.
