This was our first time using Floorgem Services, INC. We called them out because we wanted to refinish the hardwood floors we had here. They came and removed the carpet on the stairwell, and then they refinished the floors on the main level, the stairs, and four bedrooms upstairs. It turned out beautiful. They did a clear coat because we just wanted the natural look back, and everything looks great. They were professional, and they got in and out of here real quick. We were kind of "under the gun" with our loan so they got out here and measured everything and got back to us with a quote very quickly. It was a very simple process, and we decided to have them do the job. They did everything we asked them to do, and we are very pleased with the results. They came on the scheduled date, and they were here on time. I would definitely recommend Floorgem Services, INC to someone looking to have their hardwood floors refinished!
