I just used Floorgem Services, INC this once and they were okay. The technician who came out showed up on time and was courteous and professional. I wanted him to buff one floor in a commercial building for me. It turned out okay, but you could see he did not treat the heaviest areas first. I think the products they used were good, but the floor definitely needed more attention. The floor certainly looked better. Yet, you could see certain spots that did not really come clean.
