These people are professional and really work with you to meet your needs! We had some water damage on our first floor and needed to rip out vinyl flooring and hardwood and replace everything. We had used Floorgem Services, INC in the past for some work on our second-floor stairs and found them easy to work with, so we called them for this job. There was a little miscommunication about the start date. When I spoke to Ken on the morning of the expected installation, he thought it had been rescheduled. However, he really hustled, made some phone calls, and found some available installers who showed up within an hour. And, the job got done! We really appreciate the extra effort Ken went to since we had already moved all our furniture and made preparations for the job that day. Additionally, the new floor looks great! Floorgem Services, INC is a great company and I would use them again.
