This was my first experience with Floorgem Services, Inc., and I was very disappointed. I found them through one of those home advisor websites. First of all, none of the workers spoke English, so I could not communicate with them about the work. More to the point, I could not discuss wood choice options with them, and they ended up putting in a much darker wood than what I really wanted. It was my desire to have the wood color really show through. On top of that, when they put the polish down or whatever material it was they use to polish the wood, or buff it out, they left a lot of white spots around the edges. I had to have another company come out and clean that up for me. The owner of the company told me that he would hook my stove back up, but he didn't. He said the workers could not do that. It was his suggestion to do it in the first place, and it was not something I asked them to do, but then he did not do as he said he would. I think I was charged anyway for that. All in all, it was a terrible experience, and I am very disappointed!
