Staircase & hall floor installation
Ken & his crew were able to install our stairs & hall floors in one day. Ken was prompt when responding to my questions. He picked up our materials from Ambient Flooring and brought them to our house ahead of time. Crew was polite and cleaned up everything before they left. Two small issues:
1) There are marks on hall floor that I've not been able to remove
2) The shoe molding at the bottom of our stairs does not match what was put in the upstairs hallway.
