Floorgem Services, INC. did a great job with the floor they installed for us, but we had a complication. We have a cat who we had left in the basement with a sign not to let the cat out while they were working. Someone must have let the cat out because one of the floor coatings got on its paws and was tracked around the house as the cat moved. It got on a table and on the steps. We didn't even realize until after the work was done. I would recommend them because their work was good, but I hope if I ever worked with them again nothing like this would happen again.
