We used Floorgem to have our wood floors refinished. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule the job due to a change in our vacation plans. When we were able to reschedule on rather short notice, they were very accommodating and fit us in around and between jobs that they already had scheduled. Ken was extremely professional throughout the process, and we could not be happier with our new floors.
