This was my first time using Floorgem Services, I found them online and liked what the reviews said. Ken did a great job of selling the service to us but he needs better workmen representing him. I hired Floorgem to buff our marble floors, during the cleaning one of the workers clogged my toilet and broke the plunger. He did not inform me this had happened and I found my bathroom like this after they had left. I called Ken to get the problem resolved and he didn't seem bothered by it. Later when I was inspecting my floors I noticed that every baseboard was scratched. The floors are shining and look wonderful but now I have to pay additional money to get my baseboards and bathroom fixed. I am sure this is not everyone's experience but mine was not great.
