Floorgem Services provides great service and I've already recommended them to several other people. When I got in touch with them, we had just moved here. I didn't know anybody here, so I searched online (I think it was on Home Advisor) and took a shot in the dark. Ken of Floorgem Services was the very first one to respond. We've moved to four houses in four years, so I have a fairly clear idea of what I want and expect. His promptness and the fact that they were almost immediately available were things I appreciated. They also offered me a good price. In fact, I had booked them before our movers even got our stuff out here. I'm very happy with the work they have done, and their employees were very nice and helpful throughout the process. I also found them to be communicative and responsive, and they took the time to explain the process. We've had to have them come back to touch up things other contractors have messed up, and they have always been very helpful, prompt and responsive.
