Quality of work needs improvement but customer service seems strong

As far as coming out to survey the property, Floorgem Services was great and arrived on time for the appointment. The quality of work is where we were disappointed. They made an attempt to follow-up and ensure that we had a good experience, and we did not. The quality of work was lacking and they could have done a better job in the cleaning. I do believe when they get this feedback they'll be attentive to remediating the situation.

During our initial meeting and estimate for this job, we told the customer that this type of flooring does not have a high sheen, which the customer understood and yet agreed to the work. After we initially finished the clean and seal of existing porcelain tile flooring in a church lobby/entry, we were not made aware of any issues from the customer. The customer asked for information on how to maintain and clean the floors, which we provided and were told that the floor looked good. Approx. two weeks later, we received a call from another person from the church stating that the floors did not look good and "weren't shiny enough." We returned to the church to look at the floors and once again, stated that this particular flooring does not shine and that this was how the floors were supposed to look. Even still, we sent our crew back out and added two additional coats of sealer to the floor at no cost. It is worth noting that this negative review was left on the very day we returned and added the sealer is worth noting and we feel, unfair and harsh.
