Floorgem Services did a really good job with the install, but he did need to come back for a second trip because there were gaps between some of the boards after the first visit. He did a good job, it's just that it took a second trip and to me a five star job would be one-and-done. After the second visit it was a finished product and it looked great.

He is very easy to work with and he was very clear that he wasn't going to start until he knew we had all our stuff together. At first glance it's really just hardwoods he advertises, but he also does concrete stainings, which I think is overlooked a bit and is definitely a cheaper way to finish concrete in my opinion. Overall, though I was very happy. He's a good guy and easy to talk to.
