Ken the owner/manager was very easy to work with. His team was unbelievably fast. I had about 400 sq ft of new hardwood installed where carpet once was and about the same area of existing hardwood that needed to be resurfaced and everything had to match. At the last minute I decided to hardwood the carpeted stairs as well. The job was very satisfactory and very quick; 3 days and most of that time was allowing the polyurethane to dry between coats. I had some poly lift up when I applied painters tape to touch up some areas on my stairs not aware I needed to let the poly fully cure first. Ken sent his people out the next day to correct my mistake.
