Not a Great Experience Overall

We hired Floorgem Services to do a cleaning and polishing job for concrete flooring. The original crew they sent out was just horrible. Their was a host of issues with what they were doing, although eventually they did come and fix the problem. However, they did that during an ongoing training session, so it wasn't the most convenient of times for us. They did address and fix the problems, but for the price we paid, we weren't thrilled with their service.

The only issue was that the floor was not buffed after it was sealed. It should have been buffed at the time and I apoligize(ed) for that.
We came back within 48 hours and addressed the issue. When we left (and I was there personally), you (and the owner) both said that you were now happy with the job and the outcome.
I believe that that the price that was charged was fair, and if you did not think so, you would have had other companies to choose from. I told you about how longthe job woul dtake to complete and one we came back to buff the floor, the time that I had previously approximated was correct.
We were not in anyone's way when we cam back to address the issue and we would have come back the prior day, but our many calls and attempts to contact you were not returned.
We did our best to make the job good and I really do not think that a 3 star review accounts for our willingness and responsiveness to make everything good. I'm sorry that you feel the way that you do.
