I'm writing in advance of hearing back from customer service, i'll update as required. We custom ordered 4 Callee stools and received them almost a year to the day. One of them is starting to get movement between two parts of the base, not something i can get access to fix or even see. result is a wobbly stool.

The reason we went with these stools is because we wanted them to last a lifetime and the stools are not cheap.

Hopefully customer service takes care of business.
