Asked for replacement glides for an older metal bar stool. Had the part number of the 2 parts and pictures which I forwarded on to the company. Took over a month and multiple emails with the same pictures (clearly different service agents who weren’t talking to each other). Finally received the parts for $49 (16 plastic inserts for 4 chairs - only needed one).
While I was waiting for possible parts from the company, I contacted the store I purchased the stools from and they sent me the gliders for free from the manufacturer. I tried to return the ones I bought from the company and they said they had NO RETRN POLICY for parts. I’m stuck with parts I will never use and out my $49.
Not sure how they handle stools, but I would be careful as you may have no recourse if they don’t work for you.
