Dealing with Adam over online chat and via telephone seemed like talking with a friend who was genuinely interested in my satisfaction. He helped me place my special order and was very gracious about retrieving any/all information about the products I asked about, including going into the warehouse and physically measuring the items so that I had all the information I needed to decide. The prices were also lower than other vendors selling the same items. A VERY POSITIVE experience!
