I was very happy with Ogden Flooring Center. For me, the main thing is that their customer service is really good. When I went in, there was a young man there, Aaron, who really helped me a lot. I had carpeting installed in all the bedrooms in my house. They did a great job. The time frame within which they completed the whole process was really good, They are also very responsive. There was a little area in my house where the window wasn't sealed properly and it flooded a little after rain. My insurance covered it and when I called Ogden Flooring Center about the issue, they sent someone over within a day of our conversation. They were very quick. I felt like they treated me like family. The installer did a great job overall and the carpeting turned out excellent. I had no problems at all. They were professional, efficient and communicative throughout the process.
I've referred to them to a lot of people. They were just really good people to work with.
