The crew developed great trust with us because of the thorough customer service they offered. They conducted research regarding the slab problem in our home. It took them about 10-15 hours to discern the appropriate sealant for the slab because there was 94.5% water in the slab. They were very transparent with what they were doing and why, explaining the project each step of the way. They were an extremely intelligent, competent, polite, and thoroughly professional crew. They arrived promptly and left on time, allowing us to plan our lives during the three weeks it took to complete the installation through the final clean up. They were so proficient that they even cleaned up after each day or even half a day on the job! They also scrubbed the garage floor where the caulking compound had gotten on the floor. Finally, the owners and office responded whenever we called with questions and made sure to call us to follow up and check for satisfaction at each stage. They had very fair prices as well.
