Handyman Matters Jacksonville has done some odd jobs for me over the past year and they're excellent. We needed some simple plumbing jobs done, as well as some caulking and they were quick and efficient.
Steven was pleasant to work with and Greg installed an exhaust fan over our stove and it turned out great. I would recommend Handyman Matters if you need odds and ends done in the home because they do an excellent job.
