I had a very good experience with Handyman Matters. I had Steve, who came twice. He was very efficient, very helpful and prompt. The person who answers the phone is really good. The only thing that I was disappointed with was their surcharge of $30, which I didn't know about. Now I know it's what I have to pay. If there wasn't a surcharge I would give them all five stars.
