The salesperson from Floor Coverings International, Monica, was excellent and came on time when she said she would with samples and everything. The guys who laid the floor were superb, they did a beautiful job and left everything spotless when they were finished. They always arrived when they said they would and stayed late to finish everything they wanted to. The scheduling person is a bit of a problem, though. She doesn't communicate well, and insisted she called and sent emails that we never actually got.
