New to the vancouver area in 2014, floor covering intl was who we used for new carpet and vinyl for our kitchen. We didn't know this but the hardwood floor in kitchen wasn't removed before the vinyl was laid. We had a dishwashers leak and the hardwood under the vinyl buckled and now have to replace all the flooring. After several calls to Toby, he sent out Tiffany, who ended up not knowing what to do or how to handle. She said she would talk to Toby about what to do. She didn't get back to me until I called a few times and left messages. I researched and called a expert and found out the initial installation was done incorrectly, called Tiffany again, she said she would talk to Toby and get back to me. This all was end of November 2014 into December and still no call back. We have had to go thru insurance.
There has been no customer service and would not recommend floor coverings international!
