I had new flooring and carpeting installed throughout the house with new baseboards. I was also moving the kitchen island and told the salesperson, as well as the person overseeing the job. The gentleman who moved my island (not from their company) also told the manager that the island would be moved to a different place. I was assured that the sub flooring would be repaired and they would not cut the hole for the new location of the island. They did not repair the sub flooring. They cut a hole in the new flooring for piping in the old location. I asked that it be corrected and was told they would lift flooring, fix the sub flooring and correct the mistake. Instead they cut two boards to cover the hole and glued them in place. The pieces are not level with the rest of the flooring. I have been requesting this be repaired for over three months. The salesperson rarely responds but when she does I receive a lot of empty promises. I have been assigned a new contractor that has already cancelled on me and does not respond. There were many other issues I had with the work done but most were repaired within a month of the job's completion - some well done some just slap shod. Since they are pricey I expected better work and stronger work ethic. I would not recommend this company.
