Monica at Floor Coverings International helped us pick colors for the carpet and Derek was wonderful. He had some issue with the hardwood floors and was really good about working through that with us. There was a mix up and they put the wrong flooring in one room but he was quick to remove that and put in the right flooring at no charge. Monica was great the whole way through and was really attentive. She really helped the experience to be nice.
