installation

i cleaned thoughly soap, clean, nodust..it did not stick to the patio door glass...i have no clue.
i would like another to see it sticks

Mr. Yee, We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your installation. There should of been detailed installation instructions in the box with the film. We do apologize if they were missing from your box. We wish you would of contacted us directly if you were having issues, but we have now emailed the installation instructions to you. There is an easy fix to your problem of the film not sticking. It was installed backwards. All you have to do is reapply the film with the correct (non-printed) side against the wet glass. This is the side that comes off the backing paper. If you look at the film where the pattern is printed, one side will look smooth and slick that is the side that goes against the wet glass. The side that is matte looking (printed side) should face you when installing. Once you get the film turned around to the correct side, and follow the instructions you should have no issue with the film pulling up or coming down.
