I put in a small order (needed to shield only one bathroom window) and saw this product first in the store and then purchased online to get the exact design I needed. It came promptly in the mail with a surprise--someone else's order sent to my second home's address.
I called the company when I found out and they were very helpful with resolving this issue. They were pleasant and followed up to make sure everything worked out well. Kudos for responsiveness.
