Thank you for your feedback. Would you please update us on your order/invoice number? We cannot locate your order via your name or email address. Without reviewing your order, it’s hard to know what the situation was. We’re happy to hear that you are pleased with the products results and our customer service.
However it is our practice to send the leftover reminisce pieces with the trim to size orders if they are of any size or possible use. Most of the custom cut orders are done on the digital cutter if at all possible. This cutter is very precise and will cut through the vinyl, but not the backing paper. The entire sheet size you purchased is sent with your custom cut items and any leftover still on the backing paper. We write on the back of the backing paper the order in which your sheet has been cut if more than one piece is cut on the sheet. We also try to bend back the starting corner so you can see the cut line. You just peel off the custom cut piece leaving any leftover still on the backing paper. If the cutter is used that cuts through the vinyl and backing paper we also label each piece with its dimensions , and any leftover pieces as “extra”.
We will also sometimes custom print your specific order to size when that will give you a better result, such as having all the pieces match or balancing or scaling the design to your measurements. This is a special service that we normally charge for, but at our discretion if we feel it will give you better results verses having pieces that are not useable we will custom print the order to size.
