Great product, custom look, provides total privacy and sun filtering at a reasonable cost. A+ customer service- one panel arrived with a crease in it, and although small, it was noticeable. The customer rep advised us to install and send a photo if it remained. After uploading a picture, I was advised a replacement would be sent immediately and it was! Nice to see someone stand behind their product.
