Getting the film cut to size was well worth it. It took some time to carefully clean up the 8 glass panels on our front French doors and install the film, but the results look like a professional did it. I have no complaints. I was afraid that the film would be flimsy and tricky to work with, but it is just the right thickness. I even received extra of the cut-to-size panels, so no worries for future replacement if need be.
