I have used Phopar twice now. I live in Texas and the product and shipping are always precise and on time. I have even called and talked to Ozzie---he is very helpful and ready to be of service. I use them for locket pics---the pics are SO perfect. The image is not fuzzy or distorted, I can see my little baby in my locket and I get TONS of compliments! 5 stars!
